Liability and Indemnity: Bergie's Landscape shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use our services. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Bergie's Landscape harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from their use of our services.
